Exceptional customer service. Magda is your company's differentiator and X-Factor! She's courteous, knowledgable and listens to the customer's requirements. Reasonable pricing and great location for my company. But Magda was the reason I did not sign up with any of your competitors.
Staff is amazing and the facility is super clean. But they raised my fees only a month after I moved in! It's not worth moving out again (which is why they do it). But I'll be needing another storage unit in a few months, and I won't be using them.
