I chose the La Mesa StorQuest based on reviews that I had read online. I was not disappointed. The facility is clean, modern, well-maintained, and everything that one could look for in a storage facility. Mars, the assistant manager, was wonderful! They were warm, welcoming, personable, professional, knowledgeable, and patient, answering all our questions. They are a great ambassador for StorQuest. Altogether a great experience.
Walked into the StorQuest, Robin approach me with wonderful customer service and showed me the different types of storage I was very much impressed outstanding service will suggest this service to anyone come across my path who need a storage facility. Job well done Teresa

I went in this past Monday and was helped by Magda. She was very helpful and kind, she showed me the storage space and was clear about all the information regarding hours and cost. A couple days later I asked to buy a box and she was quick to help me out with that too! Even gave me some tape to close the bottom of the box, no extra charge (thank you again). I’m happy I was helped by her and am happy I can reach out if I have any questions or needs. Thank you again Magda!
