StorQuest staff was friendly and professional. Harold showed me around and helped me decide on the size of a unit. Andre, the manager, explained different payment options and special offers. Thank you! The place has very convenient location with plenty of parking. I had a very good experience and would highly recommend this storage in Long Beach.
Their customer service is horrible they NEVER explain how they will raise your unit price 3to 15% after 3 months cause they don’t know but know how to charge you!!! Just mention it at the time off enrollment!!! Crazy….
