Rating: 1/5 Stars I chose StorQuest Tamarisk for its great promotional rates, but the property manager, Luna, exhibited behavior that was completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and a massive liability to this company. First, Luna canceled my valid reservation on day 6—before the standard 7-day expiration window—without ever calling or emailing me to confirm.
