Absolutely terrible !!!!!!!!!!! rented the unit from these guys told them I was moving in soon ... they promised that they would have the unit ready And the lock removed ... I showed up the next morning with movers and all of my stuff and the lock was still on the unit !!' I had to look around for a smaller unit that didn't have a lock ...place whatever I could fit in there and then had to go back home with the movers the truck and most of my stuff and unload it... now they are offering me a $25 discount for my trouble... read more
