I’d like to thank Paula for providing outstanding customer service, even though I arrived right before closing time. She still took the time to help me as soon as I got there. My gate code wasn’t working, but she quickly fixed the issue in less than two minutes and made sure I could access the facility. Paula even walked me to my storage unit and clearly explained how to lock it securely. I truly appreciated her kindness and professionalism!
Storage got broken into hard to reach property manager during working hours.
I don’t know who’s running San Leandro property anymore because there’s never a manager on site or anybody here for the fact of the matter. Also, the call center is a joke to the fullest. My experience with store quest was awesome Paula the manager attended me super nice and very respectful towards me. Can’t complain.
Unfortunately, my experience with the manager Paula has been quite frustrating. She consistently behaves in a rude and dismissive manner, showing little respect for personal space or privacy. While I’m simply doing my job and minding my own business, she often walks by making unnecessary or passive-aggressive comments—even while she’s assisting customers.
