This month I noticed that a window on an RV was broken and covered with tape and plastic. Glass was on the ground and had not been removed. I called and spoke with jessica and inquired if there was a break in or just an accident. She could not tell me any information regarding any spot but mine, company policy. I have been with this store for long time, if for some reason we pass 2 days late for payment , they dont think twice to put a lock on our storage door , I would no recommend this storage to nodoby, also if you had problem with past management do not sacrifices the customers to make up for that.
Absolutely terrible !!!!!!!!!!! rented the unit from these guys told them I was moving in soon ... they promised that they would have the unit ready And the lock removed ... I showed up the next morning with movers and all of my stuff and the lock was still on the unit !!' I had to look around for a smaller unit that didn't have a lock ...place whatever I could fit in there and then had to go back home with the movers the truck and most of my stuff and unload it... now they are offering me a $25 discount for my trouble... read more
UNPROFESSIONAL - SERIOUSLY BAD SERVICE!!! I have had nothing but problems with them for the last 3 years. The staff are badly trained and outright clueless. On multiple occasions they have given me the wrong pin number (in writing) and/or changed it without notifying me. Which resulted in me not be able to access my storage unit after driving all the way out there. The pin number is designed to allow customers access the locked buildings and electronic gate 24/7.
