The service was great. when we signed up, we unknowingly went through a third party who screwed up our storage unit assignment. the young man in the office bent over backwards to make it right for us, and we walked away happy. Also, the property and units were very clean, well kept.
**Update Effective 4/1/26 another rental rate hike, an additional $100/mo., now up to a nearly 500% rate hike since I first moved in. They will tell you it's about upgrades and improvements, but their will still be the homeless guy and his dog running loose in there** Be careful they will lure you in with a low rate and then 90 days in Hit you with a rate increase in another 60 days another rate increase so far I'm staring down a total of a 300% rate increase in less than a year
Rob at the front desk was great!
Rob showed the unit and was very nice. I will recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a storage unit in Carlsbad.
Rob is hands down the most helpful, friendly employee! I made a very long very stressful move and he went 10 extra miles to help me and make sure that I had everything that I needed.
