I give it a one star because unfortunately office had a very strong odor of animal urine. Other than that unit was clean and Gloria was so nice.
I’m giving one star because office smelled like dog urine. Smell was overwhelming I had to step out while they printed paper work for me to sign. Other than that Gloria was extremely nice!

I had a great experience here! Valerie was so kind, helpful, and professional from start to finish. She made everything easy, answered all of my questions, and made sure I had everything I needed. The facility is clean, well-kept, feels safe and secure. It’s hard to find customer service this good these days, and Valerie definitely went above and beyond. I highly recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for a reliable place to store their belongings!
