Unit was clean, climate controlled, and the lock worked. All good.
They keep raising my mom's monthly rate...its gone from $180 to $220 since February...and to pay online they charge a $7.00 "Convenience" fee! They've usually been very kind and understanding but the lady i spoke to yesterday was very snide and sarcastically friendly. I was recommended here by my moving company and gave them a call. McKenna gave me the best customer service I’ve ever recieved. They did not have the large air conditioned unit I was looking for so she gave me so many options that would also work and ultimately got me set up with a unit at the other store nearby. Even though it was another location she answered all the questions I had and gave me a follow up call to make sure I got into the unit over there and didnt have anymore questions. Makenna and Samantha were absolutely amazing! Kind, professional, welcoming and very helpful! I would be returning to this location just because of these two amazing women! Outstanding employees!!! If I could give 10 stars I would!
