I was very happy with this storage until I got a bill that was not the rate that I signed my contract for. When I called I was told that it was a promotional price and they have a right to change the price when ever they want to even thought my contract started my rate was $78 a month. So basically they said that they can change your rate anytime they want to. Mine went to over $100 dollars. One top of that all my corresponding goes through email. Went to get a unit and miss malea was so nice showed us our unit and made sure we knew everything that was on the contract I will definitely tell friends & family
The office personnel are fantastic. In today's world customer service is not a priority. The customer service provided here is always top notch and people like me appreciate it! Staff is knowledgeable and able to answer questions, provide detailed information about the rental agreement and costs. Very upfront with no hidden fees. I have yet to go into office and not be greeted with a smile and positive energy from staff. Very refreshing and it makes me feel good about leaving my belongings with them.
