Felt abit out of place 1 worker rude.
I would not recommend this storage facility: Rates were frequently increased making it extremely expensive I was charged a large late fee that was not my fault Mice had eaten into storage boxes in my unit Moving supplies for sale at front desk were not adequate Front desk staff unenthusiastic, would barely look up from computer to help me close my account No prorated refund given with mid month move out
Will not let me retrieve my belongings or at least my mothers urn after told to do so by the assistant manager who is also very rude and discriminatory towards me…property manager wants me to vacate do to a matter that took place after business hours.
Storage quest just raised their rates on me again now $260 per month for the same space. I would not recommend this company. If I could give them less stars I would. As soon as I can figure out a way to be in town long enough I am moving out of this place . Storage Quest is doing a bait and switch. They bait you in with a low price and then raise it extremely a couple months after. They don't honor the original price that brought you in. If you call in they will give it to you for a couple more months but then switch it back... read more
They have some of the best customer service here. Arianna is wonderful to work with. Highly recommend!!!
