The units are great, the lady behind the desk Nancy, is a very rude person. Highly unlikely professional! I mean if you don't like your job or life that bad. Change your existence and the things you do. Pretty simple
$260 a month, wow. On site office people say they have no control over the prices that it’s all corporate. I wish I had the time to get my stuff out of their location and to a cheaper location. Storage quest just raised their rates on me again now $260 per month for the same space. I would not recommend this company. If I could give them less stars I would. Felt abit out of place 1 worker rude.
I would not recommend this storage facility: Rates were frequently increased making it extremely expensive I was charged a large late fee that was not my fault Mice had eaten into storage boxes in my unit Moving supplies for sale at front desk were not adequate Front desk staff unenthusiastic, would barely look up from computer to help me close my account No prorated refund given with mid month move out
Will not let me retrieve my belongings or at least my mothers urn after told to do so by the assistant manager who is also very rude and discriminatory towards me…property manager wants me to vacate do to a matter that took place after business hours.
