I've had a storage unit at StorQuest for more years than I care to confess, and seldom have reason to access it. Today was the day, and I forgot one character of my access code. Michael was quick to assist, and I was on my way. Until I got to the unit and could not get the lock off. Once again, Michael took care of the problem, and I was in. I have dealt with several of your agents through the years, none bad, but none as pleasant and efficient as Michael. He is a great representative for your organization.
I want to say this storage facility is very nice. Duncan and Michael have both been very kind and helpful. I feel like my items are safe. Thank you.
My wife and I were looking for units and pricing and this place is pretty clean. Michael was so helpful and answered all my questions while his dog wolfie was just loving. Will be back to rent!
