Unfortunately I have to give your sorry asses 1 star because I don't have the option to not my monthly payment was $109 1 yr ago when I rented the unit and 3 months later you raised it to $176 now you have raised it to $229 you say i only get a one time courtesy dely for 3 months but never when I rented the unit was i informed that you was gonna raise my rent $120 in exactly 1 yrs time you gave me less then a 30 day notice So please don't rent from these people they are not a fair company
