Went to pay my bill & Frank tells me it went from $180. to $220.! I desperately need assistance concerning Urgent and Extremely Disturbing matters. After attempting numerous times to resolve this matter, I now had to contract Legal Representation. My Spouse and I are disabled and elderly. Over the past 2 weeks, I suffered a heat stroke on 3 occasions, due to the overwhelmingly high temperatures here, whilst attempting to sort belongings to move out of the unit. We have had storage here for 5 plus years now. Never an issue!
Don’t rent with them!!! They will raise the rent and not notify you. We moved from a large unit to save and within the month of moving into the smallest unit they raised the rent on us almost $50 more. It’s ridiculous. Also will charge rental insurance on top of your own personal insurance. The manager there don’t care. Before it’s all said and done the rent will be as much as an apartment. This place is a rip off.
