Went to pay my bill & Frank tells me it went from $180. to $220.! I desperately need assistance concerning Urgent and Extremely Disturbing matters. After attempting numerous times to resolve this matter, I now had to contract Legal Representation. My Spouse and I are disabled and elderly.
