Over priced, water makes it's way under our storage unit door. Concrete is falling appart at the door threshold, and the door gasket is pretty much dead. Door doesn't latch correctly either. Should only be like $35. a month. Currently looking for something else!

Absolutely ridiculous.... I've been up charged with no warning no email text or call. And now going on day 2 with 4 representatives that " don't have access to there supervisors" and telling me they know there at fault but cant do anything???? If you have ko storage better check your past 3 receipts to make sure it hasn't happened to you either. And expect a long wait for someone to take care of any billing issue that pops up.
