DO NOT rent from this vendor. Horrible customer service. Pin is always changing. Price keeps increasing with 0 warning. Have called several times and tried to work a deal and they bump up the rates instead. All as im out of country working.

They placed a lock on our unit by mistake, and I spent three hours on the phone trying to get it removed. Their outsourced customer service in the Philippines repeatedly fell back on, “That’s what the computer says,” even though the computer was wrong because of their own clerical error. No ownership. No common sense. No one empowered to fix an obvious mistake. Responsibility outsourced, common sense replaced by a computer screen, and the we are left paying the price.
