Absolutely ridiculous.... I've been up charged with no warning no email text or call. And now going on day 2 with 4 representatives that " don't have access to there supervisors" and telling me they know there at fault but cant do anything???? If you have ko storage better check your past 3 receipts to make sure it hasn't happened to you either. And expect a long wait for someone to take care of any billing issue that pops up.
The first time I tried accessing the facility my code did not work, called customer service and could barely hear the assistant the call quality was so bad. They couldn’t figure out the problem, got told they would send an email to the manager and get it fixed. They got it fixed but the unit I was assigned was full of someone else’s stuff. Had to call and get a new unit assigned which entailed signing another lease, and also for whatever reason crashed my access code yet again on top of that you can’t even read the screen on... read more
