I had a great experience with Sophia and Judy helping me get a space at your facility. They made the whole process fun and easy. They both have great smiles which made it even better.
Can we please, please, please get the door lock fixed on building 4 so we can get to our unit upstairs. The lock has been broken for months now and a caution sign is not solution to keep the door pry open. Tonight we came to access our unit but the door was locked and there was no way to get in. We tried a million times and nothing worked. We have important things that we needed to get to this evening and there’s no solution to get in to our unit. Judy is the only reason I would’ve stayed because she made it better than what it was in the 8 years that i was here. I gained space at home so I was able to leave but if I ever need storage again I will be back!
I do not recommend. Over the (10) years, the employees at this location have been nice, and helpful and some not nice and helpful. There have been a lot of bad issues at this location, storages being broken into, the stairwell, elevator, and hallway dirty and smelling like pee, the gate often broken, there was a person that said he was the night security, the elevator often broken, and and I have always been nice to all of the employees there.
