Had a great experience with Storquest Manager of property and assistant manager has been very helpful in explaining all cost and contract details. The storages and property are very well kept and clean. I have since then reccomended them to other family member and friends.
I came in today with Ron and he greeted me so greatly and helped me out. Great customer service. During my service there was a lady who was very disrespectful. Made everyone uncomfortable. Even another lady who was there before anyone else insisted for Ron to go help her first because she looked mad and seemed in a hurry. Ron still said are you sure thank you I appreciate it.
