We began renting a storage unit at StorQuest Express - Fountain / Fountain Mesa on April 15, 2025, with the understanding that we were entering into a fair and stable agreement. Shared my concerns about the reviews from people stating their rent was increased shortly after moving everything in. They said new renters should be save from increase for atleast 6 months. Well 2 months after I moved everything in im getting a 33% increase in rental fees. Atleast im not deployed like the other people and can move everything back out.
