Place is clean. Easy access. Staff decent. Raised rent $50! 50% increase two months after rental agreement. Bait and switch lost me.
Clean facility with professional and helpful staff
Scammer sales. I called to ask for rental rates and was verbally quoted a great rate then asked if it was a promotional or introductory rate and was told no. I just looked at the latest invoice and saw the rate was 85% higher. When I called to ask why it was increased they replied it is in your lease agreement.
Price keeps going up but the 24 hr access is worth evey penny although must be careful the gilbert police will harass you if you are their past normal hours
