It seems like either your processes are severely broken or your training philosophy is completely nonexistent. I called early in the am to book a unit. The rep informed me that I was booking to an express unit in Mesa which was said to be open on Sunday. I found out on arrival to the unit (after hours of packing, renting a Uhaul, and searching for the self service Kiosk in the rain) that the facility that I booked at was not an express facility. These people are thieves. This is privately owned. I had communication was out of town due to a death. They went and sold my unit without notifying me. I reached out to district office and said too bad Horrible horrible Your theives u auctioned off my personal property my father died. I had to go out of town to take care of that. I called the store manager and the district manager. They gave me the wrong district managers information and nobody returned my call for weeks.
