Came into StoreQuest confused on how to rent a unit but Kat helped me figure it out. Amazing lady and very understanding. 10 out of 10 definitely recommend!! And don’t bring no snakes around her!!

After the pandemic, I needed to downsize and move things into storage along with vehicles. When I was looking at Storage, I was thrilled to discover Storquest in South Tracy. As far as storage goes, Storequest is outstanding. Kat took great care to show me the facility, explain the units and costs, and answer all my questions. I've never had to store anything before, so I had no idea what I needed. Kat was so patient and kind.. and hilarious! She really heard my concerns and walked me through the options so I could make the best choice. Girl, if you're out there - let's grab some drinks and tell some jokes! <3
