Kat was very friendly and helpful. She greeted me by name upon arrival having received my online reservation for a unit. The grounds are quiet and clean. Love that they have 24 hour access.
Kat was great today. She was easy to talk to on the telephone and readily answered all my questions regarding the purchase of an auctioned unit. She provided me with information required to make my transaction as easy as possible. When I was able to meet her in person that same afternoon, her charming personality and excellent customer service won me over. Thank you for everything Kat! You are a great asset to StorQuest.
I think storquest is wonderful...I would like to thank Kat the manager for helping me throughout my move and being so nice and customer service friendly I recommend storquest to anyone in need of a storage unit.
