Frederica is amazing! Extremely helpful and pleasant!!
I experienced horrible service at 3986 location. Tammy was dismissive, didn’t even try to help although I had booked online. She just sent us to another location.
Storing things is not something that many people look forward to doing. Kourtney the Property Manager makes you feel like a family member. Though I'm moving out of the area, should I ever need to store again it will be wherever Kourtney is working.
