Very nice facility. Cart always available. Easy access. Climate controlled. Easy to work with and easy checkout. Would definitely use again.
Convenient and affordable with great customer service. We rented two units, one indoor and the other outdoor for several months. Both units were clean and easy to access. The facility itself was also easy to access. Overall we had a great experience.
I rented an outdoor storage unit from StorPlace of Rivergate for a number of years and have just now vacated the unit because I no longer need it. What I appreciate the most about this particular facility is the customer service. Joni and Ryan are always really friendly and helpful the few times I’ve gone into the office. And Joni has been amazing with getting information to us tenants, especially giving us heads up warnings whenever weather might become an issue.
