Ryan has been the person that has answered my questions the last 3 times I've called. He's always been very direct, respectful, and easy to work with. I appreciate his wonderful customer service. He really made the experience smooth and easy.
Great experience here so far. Joni was very helpful with finding the perfect unit. Service and security is great- note to ownership would be that the climate controlled area is still quite warm, although better than the regular ones, we need a fan when we go to unload and I would not store anything super sensitive to heat. Feels like about 80-85 degrees inside the unit which is probably accurate with the hallway set at 78. Overall though feels safe, friendly and secure.
The move in and move out process was easy peasy. I never had any issues for the 3 years I had my unit.
I’ve had this unit for over 5 years and I’ve never had any problems. I always received any info and changes being made in advance.
