Stephen’s customer service was AMAZING! I came about 30 minutes before closing and he welcomed me with open arms! He answered every question I had with ease and reassured me when I was unsure of what unit to decide on! I appreciate his demeanor and expertise. You all need more staff like Stephen! Very helpful staff. This was my first time getting a storage unit and I believe it was Ian who worked with me made it simple and stress free.
Great experience, great management, extremely nice people. Clean storage spaces. Well managed site. If I ever need storage in the Boro again it will be here.
