I just rented a 10x15 climate-controlled unit for inventory storage for my small business, and I have to say that I am VERY impressed with the staff and the facility! Kylie did a fantastic job answering all of my questions, and gave me a tour of the actual unit I would be renting. It was a level of service that would be expected if I were renting a luxury apartment! The facility and unit were both sparkling clean and well maintained. 1) although I never saw anything wet inside the unit, there was dampness a few times. All metal saw blades, etc., were rusty. 2) you are overpriced in relation to other rentals. 3) your security seems to be good.

I can’t say enough about StorPlace. The employees are top notch and go above and beyond with customer service and maintaining the facility. Thank you for such a great experience.
