She was very professional, nice and knowledgeable.
I wasn't here for storage. I came into the office because it was too hot to be waiting for the bus outside... a heat index of 110°. for Lucy for allowing me the reprieve. The photo I added shows the view I had from the bus stop.
The a lady behind the desk was very polite, accomodating and friendly. She was knowledgeable and eager to assist me with the reason I was there. She made sure all of my questions were answered.
Lucy is such a beautiful soul... ...very courteous, professional and friendly. My email to the office dated 6/27/26 was totally ignored showing no respect or regards whatsoever to your customers. I will answer the self storage and they were wonderful Tamara helped me as best she could and she did a wonderful job to the point where even though she was really busy she took good care of me she even showed me where my unit was due to the extreme heat outside she was wonderful she deserves a raise for her service her resilience herself professional ways that she took professional care of me so please I'm giving you this review for Tamara for her efforts to take really good care of her customers thank you
