I dropped off my scooter for repair here at the beginning of August and it was indicated three weeks to review and I said ok. Here I am 5 weeks later and the scooter has not even been reviewed yet and they cannot even tell me when they will be getting to it. I wanted to keep my money with local businesses but it is apparent if I do that I will not be getting my scooter back in 2020. I will be bringing this scooter to Scooterville in Minneapolis.
This shop and its owner, Scott, are horribly unprofessional and completely out of line! DO NOT trust this place! I contacted this shop by recommendation of a good friend. When I called the owner, Scott, said he had time to look at my bike. I quickly dropped it off that same day. Upon getting there and speaking with Scott, he told me NOT to call him, as this would take time away from him looking at my bike as well as he would charge me for each call that I made to the shop to check in.
