Employees aren't helpful nor do they care, lots of areas they miss while mowing, absolutely the worst lawn mowing company I have ever dealt with!

I highly recommend that you don't use Storms Lawn Care. They are unfortunately contracted through the HOA to do our lawn mowing, sprinklers, and snow removal. Jim does not show up and get things fixed like he says he's going to. The HOA has been contacted numerous times and so has Jim about a pipe to the sprinklers needing fixed. Jim says he will be over, doesn't show up, then it is said he is hiring someone to fix it, still has not been done going on 2.5 weeks, with lawn getti g browner again.
