I received a great deal and they did everything I asked.
The service department had my F150 for five business days after making an appointment to drop it off. The service writer said she would call with an update and leave the truck out at the end of week. Nobody ever called and when I returned I found my truck locked behind the gate. When I asked why I didn’t even receive a call the service writer said she had “a busy week.”
I got my Ford Edge last week from Storm Ford in Southampton and I must say it was an excellent experience. The staff was excellent to work with-particularly the credit manager. The previous dealer I got my previous car from did nothing to try and keep me as a customer and I will definitly get my next car from Storm. Susan V. Islip NY

After working in the business myself for many years i know of the horrors and stress of buying cars but i can tell you that you will be valued here. I came in as a regular customer to gauge how they where and was pleasantly surprised from start to finish. It wasnt till i was in finance that i mentioned what i did and what i do now for a living.
