My spouse and I visited today for her poison ivy per PCP recommendation. The environment today was calm and professional, and we were seen very quickly. The doctor on the floor took the time to briefly speak with us for some concerns and was very empathetic. Overall positive experience compared to the ER I'm used to (LMH)

You have a male emergency room dr who was working on Christmas Day. My name is Athena L and I came in for strep throat from out of state. Your doctor was rude talking over me condescending rolling his eyes saying it was a common cold. I know what strep is and how it feels. Turns out I actually had strep and I’m paying for a hospital bill for a dr that was RUDE and NOT professional whatsoever. I hope this hospital shuts down. Considering you have many other bad reviews
Showed up at ER only person in there and still waited for an hour I ended up just leaving it's only my appendix no big deal right. Terrible staffing I'll be going to university of Kansas from now on
