terrible staff and way overpriced. I wasnt even there for 30 mins.
I took my son in at 10pm left right at 11pm I have never experienced such a short visit at the ER. We had Dr David Biller. He came in and already I was disturbed by his comment “well mom he doesn’t have ammonia it’s just a cold he’ll be fine” he said he wasn’t going to make us wait for test results he didn’t think it was necessary. It felt rushed and he made me feel as if I shouldn’t have gone in for a common cold. I stayed up for the results and they came back positive for Covid and rhinovirus. I went in today at 1 am due to a severe asthma attack and I was treated promptly and with an incredible amount of diligence. Everyone was friendly and efficient despite them being short-staffed. I was pulled in and seen quickly and immediately given a breathing treatment. All of my nurses and doctors were impeccably kind. They were speedy in their care and made sure I was very well cared for. My nurse Blakelee was very sweet and attentive. The respiratory nurse named Justin was funny and outgoing. What a joke. Took my girl too The ER, missed almost half of a work day. Waited for over 4 & a half hours. Got moved from one waiting room to another. Staff was pretty alright tho
My spouse and I visited today for her poison ivy per PCP recommendation. The environment today was calm and professional, and we were seen very quickly. The doctor on the floor took the time to briefly speak with us for some concerns and was very empathetic. Overall positive experience compared to the ER I'm used to (LMH)
