Horrible! They stole my mother's money! They refuse to answer phone calls or anything! Ridiculous!
This company is closed. I believe they were always a sham company. Now I'm boarding up my windows because I didn't get my impact windows installed. If you used credit go to that company and you will get reimbursed, if you used cash I would get in touch with whoever runs the bankruptcy courts. The worst experience I have ever had. Good luck to all.
Update-Monday, 9/9: If you haven't already, file a complaint with the Palm Beach County Consumer Affairs. They contacted me today and are currently working multiple cases against Storm Guard. It's worth a try to get back some of our money. They recommend filing a police report either in the county where you reside or Palm Beach County.
Unfortunately I have to leave 1 star, since I couldn't leave negatives. I made the horrible mistake of selecting this company to replace my windows and doors back in 2016. The office never answers the phone, they delay inserting orders, so if the sales rep says 3 months, count on at least 6 and that's after you threaten to take your business elsewhere.
