Had a leak into bedroom, was told flashing needed replacing. Paid around £800 for this. Looks very different to everyone else’s flashing in street now? Also still leaks, asked them back and they blamed it on next doors wall pointing. Pretty sure it’s not that. Every time it rains my bedroom wall gets wet.

This company did an emergency repair for us a few weeks ago, but we found water leaked onto our window sills again during the rain today. The most frustrated part is: we called their business phone number many times but nobody answered the phone. I sent them several texts to let them know we had an emergency leak again, but no responses. They claim on their website that their business hours are 24/7, but how to explain this behavior? We contacted StormGuard to check our chimney due to a basement flood. They were very quick to come out and send a quote. When we called to get the chimney fixed, they were also very quick to come make the repairs and very quick to ask for payment. Unfortunately this is where the "quick" all ends. When the work was finished, we were promised an invoice and pictures of the repairs, it will be one week tomorrow and we still haven't received it even though we asked twice. Did good work on chimney I assume as I can't get up there, but I haven't been provided an invoice or a warranty which is frustrating. Workers left a stack of bricks on my neighbor's yard and left their bicycle in my driveway... Not sure if that was my free gift as no one will respond to emails or calls.
