Coach John has changed my life. I’m doing things I never thought I’d be capable of doing. He has an amazing way of keeping you motivated, pushes you beyond your comfort zone and also makes it fun. My son also takes class there. It’s a family friendly gym. I highly recommend Stormborn Strength.

My daughter joined Stormborn Fitness and John became her personal trainer. Aside from the physical benefits , i saw tremendous growth in her confidence and positivity. I firmly believe that it was the influence and discipline instilled by John that helped my daughter in a big way. Subsequently , she started writing to colleges for acceptance and wound up with a great package to a very good school. John helped develop her at a crucial time in her life.
