Extremely poor customer service. If you choose to cancel, make sure you get confirmation in writing—a phone call is not enough. I canceled in person, yet was still charged later. There was zero follow-up, and when I tried to resolve it, I felt talked over—especially by Crystal, who was dismissive and unhelpful. If you’re storing items but don’t live nearby, I highly recommend choosing a different location for your own peace of mind. We have been using Wow Self storage for over 2 years now... They have been great to us and we pay yearly so that we get a discount... Easy access to our stuff and the grounds are keep so no complaints here... Thanks Wow Self Storage...
Great storage friendly staff always willing to help or remind me of payment by calling me. Storage is 1 level and very easy access. Extremely clean storage space. Survived hurricanes with no water. I would recommend this facility and also rent space again if needed in future.
