Twice, no show for price quote..They lead you to believe they're also the factory direct manufacturer..They're a dealer for a manufacturing company in Pennsylvania..Very unreliable..

The number of stars for this review of storm tight is the number of times storm tight has called me back form the 4 times I've left them a voicemail at (754) 200-2982. I kid of course, Google doesn't let me leave a zero-star review. Let me start off with the promises that storm tight gave me for the install of eight windows. I wish I could leave zero stars. This company tricks their customers into paying in full before the inspection and before the customer is satisfied. I did that almost 2 years ago and the job is still not finished. The windows are made of plastic and they are extremely hard to open and close. I can't open and close my sliding glass door unless I use two hands. They have come out 6 times to "adjust" the door, which is good for about a week before it goes out of balance and you literally have to lift one side of a 200 pound doo... read more

Had a very good experience with the installation and the installers. Very nice young men. Polite considerate and very pleasant. They worked hard and we are thrilled with the window as we feel we are outside. Thanks to David's team. Very special group.

NEVER USE!!We purchased on 4/4/19 with the home sales rep Pierre. We didn't get any paperwork for the financing until 4/15/19. Then they came up with outrageous financing offers at which point I wanted to cancel because the financing wouldn't work but I was told that I was past the 3 day period how convenient. Finally after much back and forth they came through with a reasonable and the paperwork was finalized on 4/30/19. This company is a complete fraud..never accept 1st quote in 2 days it will drop by 60%....sales tactics are unethical and the owner is the biggest thief....Lee Brown he doesn't own a factory. This is a bait and swicth co.....never beleive the sales pitch by the rep its just lee Brown's magic act ......to rip you off ....epecially sliding glass doirs..they are purchased from pgt and sold by stw 50% more.....stay away fron this company .......
