A friend of mine referred me to Storm Team Construction project manager Matt H****** for my roof repair on my property. Matt did an excellent job from beginning until end. He assisted me in filing a claim with my insurance, and worked with my insurance company throughout the claim's process. Once the work began, Matt followed up with me daily and Storm Team did a fantastic job with the new roof in a timely manner. A representative of Storm Team Construction came by my home today soliciting roof repair/replacement services. Soliciting is not allowed in this neighborhood to start! I told him that we had a hurricane Irma claim denied but we expected that because the roof was over 25 years old at the time. I told him I would still like to get a proposal to replace the roof but he then launched into a pitch to go after the insurance company for me in order to make them pay for the roof. Storm Team gave A+ service from day one till the very end. Our rep Brandon G was excellent in explaining the entire process and being readily available at any time to answer all my questions. His knowledge of the laws, insurance, codes, etc. was on point! Before I could blink my roof was done. The crew came in and out within a few days. Thorough, clean and professional! They truly were amazing and I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone!!!!!

Working with Matt W. from storm team made the process of getting a new roof go so smoothly!! Matt sent people out late at night when we had a minor leak while a major down pour happened in the midst of our new roof being redone and took care of everything with it! I highly recommend Storm Team Construction, they are fantastic!

From beginning to end of project, Ray Wolfe was a true professional, who represented Storm Team. Great negotiations with the insurance company. This is one of the best companies that I have worked with who gave extraordinary customer service. Thank you for a great job!!!!

Thank you for the review. Insurance companies are not contractors, and sometimes they don’t understand what the codes and rebuilding requirements are. Once we explain to them what needs to be done to restore a property, it’s a win-win situation for everybody.

Clean, smooth process from start to finish. Clay was very helpful, and very attentive. He answered any questions we had and even helped get extra documents to my closing company months after the roof was finished. We would recommend them in the future for sure.

WOW what a professional operation from start to finish. Always great communication, keeping you in the loop where your project was either with insurance or materials. From when the job started to when the job finished the crew was awesome. When one guy on the team had down time during the project, he even weeded our flower bed. Would highly recommend.
