Lance did a full roof replacement for us back in May. He was very responsive on initial quote and job completion and over all we were happy. However, we had damage to a gutter and he acknowledged his team’s responsibility and said it would be repaired. Then he ghosted us. I’ve sent multiple texts, attempted to call and emailed to never hear back. We paid out of pocket to have it replaced. I see you got my comments take off of here. After putting off my job and then saying there was a shingle shortage when I seen Lowes had them stock piled, I called Knox Roofing to ask if that was true. Knox had my roof on the next day. Storm Stoppers kept my $2,500 deposit one month before going into retirement. Return the funds and I will delete this review. Deal?
Lance's team was super quick they had the roof done in one day. They were polite and even helped me move items away from the house before they started. Lance was easy to work with and I definitely couldn't beat the price.
