The electricians were out today and spent a lot of time fixing a few things the electrical inspector noted. They did a good job and cleaned up after themselves which was refreshing since I have had much work done and few cleaned as good as they did. Everything is working well as of the time they left :)
Just find somebody else
Don't contract with Storm Smart if you are in a hurry. We contracted with them in March, 2022 and they said we were looking at mid July being the install date. Here we are at mid August and when we called they now set the date possibly by mid October. I contacted them in June and received an email from their scheduler that the City of Cape Coral had an upgrade performed on their permit system and that ours got lost. My best advice to anyone considering using Storm Smart in Ft Myers, FL is AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. My experience started as expected when the salesman John Edgar came on June 3, 2020. I was given a reasonable price for two replacement windows, a lanai accordion shutter and front entry vertical panels. Per the salesman, the approximate delivery time was 8 weeks.
