This company is supposed to provide security and make you feel safe in the work place. Since they have been contracted people have been verbally attacked in my work place, cursed and screamed at by the incompetent people they have hired. I have never been fearful at my job until this company started providing their so called security. I am completely disgusted with this company.
I have been trying to get Storm Security to com out and estimate my home for a new customer home security system for about a month and a half now....I called 4/19/18 and left a message that was returned by a lady named Kim who said she would have one of their technicians call me to set up an appointment - but no one ever called....I called again on 5/16/18 and left her a voice mail message - she did not return my call.......I called her again on 5/28/18 - no return call......I called her again on 6/1/18 leaving yet another m... read more
Thanks guys. Your vigilant attention to duty detail cost me $1,500. I, along with at least 4 other booths at the Chicken Festival, were robbed as you and your band of merry men patrolled the streets. Keep up this level of work and you'll be out of business in no time.
The people at Storm Security are wonderful. They are very fair and honest with their staff and clients. They will try to meet or exceed your expectations. Good Christian people.
