From beginning to end the process smooth. They helped us to have our damaged roof replaced last year. They delivered as promised.
This compnay is REALLY cheating compnay. Not trustable and do not give them any order specially up front payment. We gave them Payment from our Insurance compnay and even the owner of the compnay signed a paper for repair after lots of missing appointments, at the day nobody shown up, not answer the phone and made us to make them legal action against them today. DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY AT ALL. THEY ARE SCAM.
SRS did a fantastic job with my roof. The roofers went above and beyond looking for damage and fixing everything. They were in and out quickly once we got our shingles. We did have a delay due to the shingle shortage but it was worth the wait. SRS fought hard for me with the insurance company to get the roof covered. There was really nothing I had to do.
Make sure to do your research
I would not recommend using this company. Ty will not contact you unless it is convenient for him. He makes promises that he DOES NOT keep. Always comes up with some excuse. He has made promises to make restitution for Stucco work that was required for the installation of the roof and has not paid US for it to date. He does not put the customer first.
