I'm doing an obligatory shout out to Stormpros for some awesome customer service. I had an insurance adjuster out yesterday to assess the leaking from the recent storms. They said they didn't find anything other than a small break in my shingles in an area that wasn't actually leaking and that they would not cover anything with insurance since it's all wear and tear. Several calls later, and one no-show Thomas from Stormpro's showed up and quickly identified the actual source of the leak and did the repair on the spot!
We had a great experience using Storm Pros VA. They were quick to respond, very friendly, and were able to get us in quickly. Additionally, their pricing was very fair. We plan to use them again in the future.
Our roof leaked, however did not qualify for insurance coverage 3 year’ before. Marlin from Storm Pros immediately stopped the leak. Six month’s later and a few twists and turns, WE HAVE A BEAUTIFUL NEW ROOF! Marlin is an expert in working with insurance companies. He is humble, truthful, and knows his work.
