I’ve been going to Storm for almost a year and I LOVE it. The trainers are great and classes are so fun. Good vibes all around. They definitely challenge you so get ready to sweat. My overall fitness has improved a ton since I started here. It’s my favorite place to be 🫶
Amazing gym, they improved there equipment a lot recently would definitely recommend for those who love MMA but at the same time value bodybuilding grade equipment.
The 6:30 a.m. strength and conditioning class with Coach Kai is PHENOMENAL! He keeps the workouts fresh by changing up the routine and he does a great job challenging and motivating you through both strength and conditioning portions of the class. If you're looking to change up your routine and push yourself, I strongly recommend checking out this class and STORM.
