The whole process was very smooth from the time I called to inquire about availability and pricing and all the way through the installation. Aaron was the installer that came out and I cannot say enough good things about how friendly and kind he was on top of being so experienced and professional. Highly recommend the company and highly recommend Aaron! Also, the shelter itself is high quality and well designed.
Drove out to their location and asked Brad a bunch of silly questions and he was very reassuring and helpful. Just had our install day and Aaron was right on time in the hour window they gave me. Installed in the rain but was still very respectful and did a very thorough job. He even wiped all the rain off of the shelter after getting it in the garage.
