We replaced a very large roof (6600 sf) this month with all kinds of complications (very steep, no access for mechanical loading of roofing materials, plenty of dormers and skylights), and of course in a high fire risk area. We had hail damage to our roof and siding. My insurance company said that there was only $3,100.00 of total damage. Brad got us in touch with an independent appraiser and fought the insurance Co. and won. We got a new roof and new siding for the entire house. Alex, his siding guy was great! I had Storm Guard quote a roof repair on a house I was under contract to purchase. Unfortunately, while they were at the house, they told the seller the roof could be repaired and then shared the repair quote with the seller directly. Storm Guard was authorized to share the inspection findings but not the quote (they were separate documents). Both were shared with the seller. Absolutely loved my experience with Derek, I called with questions regarding the process and I had no idea how to deal with going thru my insurance.
