We replaced a very large roof (6600 sf) this month with all kinds of complications (very steep, no access for mechanical loading of roofing materials, plenty of dormers and skylights), and of course in a high fire risk area. We had hail damage on both our house and barn roofs. Our neighbors recommended Storm Guard, so I gave Brad a call. He came out right away, did a thorough inspection, and clearly documented the damage. We filed an insurance claim, and JD worked directly with our adjuster to review everything. I have been in the home-improvement industry/roofing industry for the past 34 years , all across the country doing hurricane work as well as wind and hail restoration. This company has the utmost integrity. The quality of their workmanship is far superior than what I have seen in my industry A+ on Customer service. they worked directly with my insurance company. I called Storm Guard to come give me an estimate on changing my flue and cap on the roof. JD came out to assess the job. After climbing on the roof, he was honest in saying it didn't need replacing. He did place some caulk around the screws for me. Very nice gesture. He will be the first on my list of roofers if I need one. Thanks JD.
