Very good customer service. Travis was very helpful in explaining what has been done. He even did extra work of cleaning the clogged downspout not related to the roor repair. Will use them in the future if needed.
Travis came out today and fixed our down spout. Super friendly guy, great customer service and got the job done quick!!!

Storm guard did a great job on my house! I had a flat roof refinished, soffit, fascia, siding and gutters redone. They also helped get my plumbing air vent line ran up above the roof line like it should be. Cayleb and Travis were fantastic as site supervisors! Alaina kept in contact and helped me understand my options, not pushy as a saleswoman at all. They came back and touched up a couple things that I had questions about. We were faced with a roof replacement during the winter months which made scheduling difficult. Jeff, Cayleb, Leaha, and Kelly stayed in continuous contact with us and were able to fit us in the day before a snowstorm hit. The team did an excellent job - arrived right on time, were complete by mid afternoon, we experienced minimal disruptions to our day, and our outdoor space was clean when they were finished. We love our new roof and shutters!
