They have been sitting on an, approved, insurance claim for my mother since April. It is currently July 7th. We have contacted them several times and keep getting excuses. I definitely would not recommend. BBB is our next step.
Wanted to have my roof looked at. Rashawn King came out pretty late one night because I don't get home until around 5pm. Got up on my roof and was very knowledgeable about my current roofs condition, recommended getting ridge vents installed to help improve air flow in the attic. I cannot say enough Good Things but I'll try. Travis & Alana are great to work with. As well as Storm Guard overall. Thorough, flexible, handled all my questions, proficient.Do yourself a favor and call them for your gutter work.
Field representative Tim Alamanov came out to look at three cracks in our vinyl siding. Our concern was water getting through and causing mold or rot. Tim assured us that our siding with fanfold insulation behind it would not allow water through. Also replacing the panels wasn’t possible anyway as they’re not made anymore. Another contractor quoted us $795 to replace the panels. I’m now not sure how they were going to make that happen. Thank you Tim for helping us out at no charge.
Strom guard recently replaced roof for my house and they did a great job. Lot of attention to details. Site Supervisor Cayleb Cloe was on site all the time and was answered all the questions and made sure the work was done on time.
