Update - I am updating my review the GM Jeff reached out to me and my husband, came to our home, inspected the situation and is making it right. He has communicated openly, expressed his concerns, apologized for the issues and is actively correcting the problem himself which impresses me as a consumer. Caleb and Travis from StormGuard did an excellent job fixing a broken gutter and downspout at my home. They took the time to explain what they were going to do before starting, which I really appreciated. Both were incredibly friendly, professional, and easy to work with. The repair was done efficiently and I couldn’t be happier with the experience and would definitely recommend StormGuard—especially Caleb and Travis—to anyone needing gutter work.
Travis, Caleb, Jeff, and Alana were super helpful with diagnosing the source of a leak in my roof. They were able to come out get an emergency tarp up in time before more snow came through, potentially making the leak worse. Great people that were easy to work with!
They were all great to work with. Very honest and reliable. They were quick and efficient and their pricing was reasonable.
Had storm guard out for an insurance claim. New roof, siding, and gutters were replaced. Had an excellent experience working with Mark, Jeff, Caleb, and Travis for the work performed. Everything was done in a clean and professional manner. We will be contacting Stormguard for any other construction needs that they perform.
