We were faced with a roof replacement during the winter months which made scheduling difficult. Jeff, Cayleb, Leaha, and Kelly stayed in continuous contact with us and were able to fit us in the day before a snowstorm hit. The team did an excellent job - arrived right on time, were complete by mid afternoon, we experienced minimal disruptions to our day, and our outdoor space was clean when they were finished. We love our new roof and shutters!
Gavin, Kelly, Jeff, and Caleb were fantastic getting the work done a communication with us throughout the entire process. Along with working with our insurance adjuster through the claim process and finishing the project. I highly recommend this company for home repairs!
One Final Update - Storm Guard tried to replace my broken items and failed to do so, several attempts to purchase, 1st failed was cancelled somehow and second wasn't the correct one, then I didn't hear anything at all once again for a couple of weeks so I resolved to buy and pay for a whole other company to come out and fix what they broke.
