I called yesterday and they scheduled me for first thing this morning! James came out promptly and immediately identified the leaking area in our roof. Two other roofers has missed this. He caulked the leaking site immediately and said it was such a small thing it would be no charge. Working with this company has been smooth and easy and I could not be more satisfied. If we ever have a really big problem I would trust them to get the job done! Thank you for everything Storm Guard!
I met with James from Stormguard to talk about replacing the roof, and was pleased that he showed up on time and prepared. He took time to get on the roof to assess the wear and damage, did not try to upsell -- in fact, he told me the gutters and downspouts were fine -- and stayed in touch in case I had questions. Also, his estimate was very reasonable. I scheduled the job with a different company this time due to difficult logistics, but would not hesitate to call StormGuard again or recommend them.
Had such a great experience using Storm Guard! Our home is new-ish to us and we recently discovered 2 leaks and shingles that needed replacement. James assessed the problems quickly and Chris did a top notch job on the repairs! Notably they were able to fix an especially problematic leak near a skylight without any major repairs. Mike, Rachael, Chris and everyone else I talked to We’re so nice and patient with my questions and guided me through everything from start to finish. Something that looked difficult in complex to me from the outside went so smoothly. The guys working on site were extremely courteous. I can’t recommend our local Stormguard folks enough!!
This is the second time James has been to my residence to fix two different leaks. He is very nice, professional and does an excellent job explaining the repair. I would highly recommend James and his company. They will be the only I will use for roofing issues.
