My experience was nothing but professional from start to finish. My home was listed for sale when significant hailstorm came through the neighborhood. Sam Pinkelman from SG inspected the damage, and worked with my insurance company on the claim. When the home went under contract, Sam and SG worked to ensure the project was completed before closing. Great customer service every step of the way.

They are under the impression anxiety is wrong and something they aren’t able to work with. They don’t respect our men and women in service. They won’t respond to you after you pay for their product. They go ghost and I’m sorry for the ones that it’s happening to stay tuned to local news you’ll hear more….

I'm pretty sure terminating a veteran and citing the reason as their anxiety is discrimination, but the lawyers can sort that out. Not to mention, when they do get a customer, 4 different people can drop the ball and lose the sale because the customer... read more

Terry Woolard was our insurance agent when we moved to Boone, and how good was his experience when a nor'easter ripped a chunk of our roof off in January 2020 and we needed to get insurance to cover the damage. He knew every move they would make to try to wiggle out, and got us a new roof to proper specs for our deductible. And got it all done well and fast. Can't say enough about Terry and Storm Guard. Amazing care and workmanship, from beginning to end.
