The best experience I have had recently is when Isaac Shultz from Storm Guard knocked on my door and asked if I wanted him to look at the condition of my roof. Isaac found wear and tear and hail damage. I filed a homeowner's claim with my insurance and was denied. With Isaac's assistance with the insurance claim, we requested an engineering assessment that subsequently verified the worn roof had been exacerbated by hail storms, and they approved my claim to replace the roof. I needed some maintenance work on my roof so I reached out to 3 roofing companies with Storm Guard of Charlotte being one of them. Storm Guard was head and shoulders above the rest. He took the time to do an assessment of my roof, more importantly reviewed the entire process and all of the materials and options I had.
