The best experience I have had recently is when Isaac Shultz from Storm Guard knocked on my door and asked if I wanted him to look at the condition of my roof. Isaac found wear and tear and hail damage. I filed a homeowner's claim with my insurance and was denied. With Isaac's assistance with the insurance claim, we requested an engineering assessment that subsequently verified the worn roof had been exacerbated by hail storms, and they approved my claim to replace the roof.
