Great experience! The insurance was originally only going to replace half of our roof. Alex, our project manager went to bat for us and got the whole roof covered and also got all of our gutters covered as well. The job was done in one day and the new roof looks amazing! Made a huge difference in the appearance of the house.
I worked with Steve Kneller and Eric Grimes from Storm Guard. Both guys kept me well informed through the entire process of repairing the damages to my roof and home interior. I was very pleased with the outcome and their professionalism.
A very professional team and highly knowledgeable. Sat down with them a few times and they made the whole process much easier to understand from start to finish. My roof and gutters look amazing! I highly recommend them.
I chose Storm Guard to repair hail damage on 4 structures. They were prompt to repair the house and garage. When the two were finished, they requested to be paid the entire amount though the job was half finished. Against my better judgment, I paid the entire amount. It has been 4 months now and the last two structures have not been done. I'm beginning to feel I've been scammed. I texted Cody but no response after the first text.
