I used website late in evening to ask for appointment and CEDRIC called next day. He was flexible and early. Cedric explained the entire process and was able to present a great price. We signed contract and agreed on date, very easy. Work was all completed with care and concern for neighbors and my property. They had to replace brick flashing that others said unable to do it. We hired Storm Guard to help us deliver skilled labor aid to victims of the May 16th tornado. Jeff and Chase professionally tarped several homes for us on behalf of home owners in need of assistance. Jeff and Chase cared about the home owners and operated with the upmost professionalism and respect. Some jobs could be completed in a day, some with more extensive damage took more time, but they kept showing up until the job was done. We look forward to working with them more in the future.

I had my roof replaced by Storm Guard (Dupage) just 3 years ago and am now dealing with leaks. When I called for support, they told me they no longer service my area and quoted an outrageous trip fee, plus a minimum repair cost of $950 — clearly intended to discourage me. This tells me they don’t believe in or stand behind the quality of their work. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, long-term roofing solutions. Future homeowners, beware.
