Initial experience was good until they reached out saying I owed them $500 more for additional work that was never disclosed to me during the time they did my roof nor did I authorize whatever they did. I paid over $52K out of pocket for the roof per their quote, then they found out I received only $470 from the insurance for the roof and they want this money too claiming it’s for additional work. What unethical business practices and greed this company demonstrates. I would never recommend them to anyone!!
