From the beginning, with Storm as my agent, it was horrible. The staff was pretty much like a revolving door, not a good sign. Lots of miscommunication, many errors made on my policy and Storm would just hand it off to staff instead of addressing it himself, after he knew of all the mistakes previously made. Now I'm told he's no longer with State Farm and I was transferred to a different agent in town. Fine with me, couldn't be any worse.

I have TBI (brain injury) and was promised easy and affordable insurance. I explained my situation and feel I have been taken advantage of from the start. My coverages were never correct and billing has been a joke. Because of my injury I don't have the mental ability to handle complex tasks and little things like handling insurance becomes a major stress that's difficult for me to comprehend. Absolutely worst insurance experience ever. They set up payment date different than what was agreed upon, then drafted the payments on inconsistent dates, took out double payments two months ago and the last straw; I entered a claim online then heard nothing. I waited a week, watching for any phone call or email response...got nothing but the email that acknowledged the receipt of the claim. So, I called and nobody answered; so I left a voicemail. Cancelled my policy right after I made a premium payment. So you would expect to get at least some of the money back because you pay ahead. Nope. Kept all of my money. Thanks State Farm!! Rip off. I save $80 a month with my new company.
