Based on the other reviews, it seems like I should be getting good service here, so I don't know what's happening. I bought a car from Ram in August and so am entitled to a year of oil changes from Storm. The first time we brought the car in, we did not have an appointment. The gentleman at the desk was very unfriendly and claimed that we were not in the system as having purchased a vehicle. They ultimately did the oil change anyway, but at the end, it seemed he was accusing us of trying to scam them out of a free oil change... read more
Great experience. Took my truck in, they explained what was causing the issues in detail. Lots of knowledge and customer service exceptional. Will bring all my vehicles into them for servicing.
